FILM REVIEW

Email us a video of one of your recent matches (MP4 is the preferred format).  Ideally this would be a closely contested match that showcases a lot of scoring by both wrestlers.  One of our coaches will review the footage and create an edited version that includes voice-over commentary of your match.  We will specifically focus in on the technical and strategic strengths and weaknesses in your performance, and offer some specific advice for how to improve as a wrestler.
