The metric that every team in the NSCIF should be using to measure the success of their program is the CIF tournament.  How close are we getting to putting our wrestlers on the top of the podium?  This is a metric that is attainable by small schools as well as large schools.  This is a metric that prevents the "big fish in a small pond" mentality that is satisfied with an NSCIF title and an 0-2 finish at the CIF tournament.
